Background

Adrian has over 20 years in senior management and Director roles in UK, Corporate and European operations within the software and professional services sector. His industry sector experience includes: information technology, drinks, retail, distribution and logistics, field service management and advertising.

Spending 12 productive years at JBA International PLC (Now Infor), a UK business that became a Top 5 Global ERP vendor (£300m) he was successful in taking over under performing business units then building profitable Corporate and European divisions. As Business Development Director, he set up and successfully developed an effective EMEA Partner Channel to not only grow revenue by 40% but also substantially improve the quality of delivery.

In 2005 Adrian decided to use his business experience and passion for people to help senior individuals within companies develop their leadership capabilities in a pragmatic and practical way.
