Background

As a people change consultant, Mark works at an international level on large and small scale people and cultural transformation initiatives, always offering trusted advice in assisting organisations to truly understand and capitalise on the power and potential of their people. History shows this area to be hard to quantify or demonstrate return on investment, but through an approach designed to affect the ‘whole organism’, Mark supplies a tangible, measurable methodology aimed at an alignment of intention, behaviour, and performance throughout the body of an organisation’s people.

His expertise is in consulting, design, and delivery. In consulting, Mark is able to assist senior teams to set authentic and clear purpose, vision, and direction, and establish the right patterns of organisation and cultural imperatives to enable future success. In design and delivery, he has had considerable experience and success in matching appropriate solutions to need and delivering high impact leadership development, authentic personal growth, and building high performing senior teams to dramatically redefine and achieve new kinds of organisational success. He is an experienced personal performance coach and is also accredited to administer and deliver P4 – the Endaba Value-based Management Framework.

Example Programme: Cultural Transformation of Littlewoods Shop Direct Group (now the Shop Direct Group)

In the £2bn merger of Littlewoods and GUS Home Shopping, the Barclay Brothers and the Littlewoods CEO sought to create a new online retail organisation from two businesses in profound decline. Mark worked with the CEO, Group Board and over 220 senior leaders throughout the organisation for 3 years, delivering to the Group a new vision and direction, cultural change and employee engagement initiatives, as well as a range of personal and team development programmes aimed at taking personal responsibility and removing barriers to performance.
