What results do we get? Focusing on these specific topics can have far-reaching effects. In some cases, this has meant that a Management Development Programme has led to us helping re-design the performance appraisal system in order to bring it into line with key organisational drivers. This in turn has led to a business-wide focus on having improve performance conversations and how to do this in line with living the organisational values. In others, the development of individual leaders through coaching has led to the implementation of better manufacturing processes and client focused culture; in one case this led to a £1M annual return on investment.
